Chapter 1 General Provisions


Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to stipulate the basic matters regarding the terms and procedures for using the Internet service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by 'Dynatone Corp.' (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").


Article 2 (Validity and Change of Terms and Conditions)

① These Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon notification to the user through the service screen or other means.

② The Site may change the contents of these Terms and Conditions, and the changed Terms and Conditions shall become effective upon notification or notice in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.


Article 3 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:

① Member: Refers to an individual or group that has entered into a service use agreement with the Site or has been granted a user ID (ID).

② Applicant: Refers to an individual or group that applies for membership.

③ ID: Refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member and approved by the Site for the purpose of identifying the member and using the service.

④ Password: This refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the member to confirm that the member is the same as the ID given to the member and to protect the member's own secrets.

⑤ Cancellation: This refers to the cancellation of the service use agreement by the site or the member.



Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement

 

Article 4 (Establishment of Use Agreement)

① Clicking the Agree button at the bottom of the Terms of Use is considered as agreement to these Terms of Use.

② The Use Agreement is established when the site approves the application for use after the applicant agrees to the Terms of Use.


Article 5 (Application for Use)

① In order to use this service, the applicant must record and submit the user information requested in the site's application form.

② All user information entered in the application form is considered actual data.

    Users who do not enter their real name or actual information cannot receive legal protection and may be subject to service restrictions.


Article 6 (Approval of Application for Use)

① The site approves the application for use of the service for the applicant, except in the cases of Paragraphs 2 and 3.

② The site may withhold approval until the reasons for restricting approval for the application are resolved in the following cases:

A. When there is no room in the service-related facilities

B. When there are technical difficulties

C. When the site is deemed necessary in other cases

③ The site may refuse approval in the following cases:

A. When applying using the name of another individual (site)

B. When applying with false user information

C. When applying for the purpose of disturbing social order or morals

D. When other application requirements specified by the site are not met


Article 7 (Change of user information)

If the member information entered at the time of application for use has changed, the member must change it online, and the member is responsible for all problems arising from failure to change it.



Chapter 3 Obligations of the contracting parties


Article 8 (Obligations of the site)

① The site provides the following services to members:

A. Sending newsletters about new services and domain information

B. Automatic entry of personal information when registering additional domains

C. Various additional services for domain registration and management

② The site may not disclose, disclose, or distribute personal information of members acquired in relation to the provision of services to others without the consent of the members, and may not use it for commercial purposes other than service-related work. However, the following cases are exceptions:

A. When there is a request from a government agency in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, etc.

B. When there is a purpose of investigation into a crime or a request from the Information and Communications Ethics Committee

C. When there is a request in accordance with the procedures stipulated in other relevant laws and regulations

③ The site has an obligation to provide services continuously and stably in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

 

 

Article 9 (Member Obligations)

① Members shall not commit the following acts when using the service:

A. Acts of illegally using another member's ID

B. Acts of duplicating, modifying, publishing, broadcasting, etc., or providing to others information obtained from the service for purposes other than the member's use without the site's prior consent

C. Acts of infringing upon the site's copyright, the copyrights of others, or other rights

D. Acts of distributing information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate public order and morals to others

E. Acts that are objectively judged to be related to crimes

F. Other acts that violate related laws

② Members must comply with related laws, provisions of these Terms and Conditions, service use instructions and precautions.

③ Members must comply with usage restrictions that the site posts in service notices or announces separately for each content.



Chapter 4 Service Provision and Use


Article 10 (Member's Obligations Regarding Management of Member ID and Password)

① Members are responsible for all management of their ID and password.

Members are fully responsible for all consequences arising from negligence in management or unauthorized use of the ID and password granted to them.

② Members must notify the site of any unauthorized use of their ID or other security breaches.

 

Article 11 (Service Restrictions and Suspension)

① The Site may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service in the event of a war, incident, natural disaster, or other national emergency, or in the event of other majeure, such as when a telecommunications service provider suspends telecommunications services pursuant to the Telecommunications Business Act.

② When the Site restricts or suspends the use of the Service pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 1, it must promptly notify the Member of the reason and the period of restriction.



Chapter 5 Changes and Termination of Contractual Terms


Article 12 (Change of Information)

If a Member wishes to change customer information such as address or password, he/she may do so by using the Member Information Change Service on the website.


Article 13 (Termination of Contractual Terms)

A Member may terminate the Service Use Agreement, and in such case, he/she must directly apply for termination to the Site through the Service, by phone, or online.

The Site will restrict the Member’s use of the Service from the day the termination request is received.

If a member wishes to terminate the service agreement due to any of the following clauses 1, the site must notify the user of its intention at least 7 days in advance and provide the user with an opportunity to explain.

① If the user violates the service restriction regulations or fails to resolve the reason for the restriction within the service restriction period

② If the Information and Communications Ethics Committee requests termination of service

③ If the user fails to respond to the statement of opinion without a legitimate reason

④ If the application is made in another person's name or the service agreement is concluded by falsely stating the application content or attaching false documents

The site may restrict registration for a separately specified period for users who have been terminated according to the above regulations.



Chapter 6 Compensation for Damages


Article 14 (Exemption Clause)

① The site is exempt from liability for damages incurred by the member's failure to obtain the expected benefits from the service provision or the member's selection or use of service materials.

② The site is exempt from liability in cases where the service is interrupted or the member's data is damaged due to the member's fault or the intention of a third party.

③ The site is exempt from liability for the content of materials posted or transmitted by members.

④ In the case of domains with trademark rights, the purchasing member is responsible for any damages or compensation that may arise, and the site bears no liability for this.


Article 15 (Jurisdiction)

In the event of a dispute between the site and a member in relation to the service, the court with jurisdiction over the site's headquarters shall be the court of jurisdiction.



[Supplementary Provisions]

(Enforcement Date) These Terms and Conditions shall be effective from November 2024.
